PBAC RULES

RULES OF THE PINE BUSH AQUATIC CLUB

1. Swimmers will listen to the coaches and not give the coaches a hard time.

2. There is to be no destruction of any kind.

3. Swimmers will respect the person and property of other swimmers.

Disciplinary Measures

1. First offense will result in a warning.

2. Second offense will result in being kicked out of swimming for the rest of the practice and a telephone call to the parents.

3. Third offense will result in a week's suspension and a telephone call to the parents.

4. Fourth offense will result in two weeks' suspension and a telephone call to the parents. If there is a problem during this two week suspension, there will be no swimming at the meet.

5. Any problem after the two week suspension will result in a conference with the coaches, parents and swimmer.

If at a meet, a swimmer does not follow the above rules, the swimmer will not be allowed to finish the meet.

All swimmers are to remain on deck at all times. Coaches will not search for you and the meet will not stop to wait for any swimmer.

Coaches are not babysitters. They are at the pool to instruct the swimmers.

Parents of swimmers should know the whereabouts of all siblings at all times. Siblings are not to be running around or causing destruction. Parents will be responsible for any damage. If there is a problem, it could result in being asked to leave.

These rules are made in order for the Piranhas to be a safe swimming environment.
