Instead of lottery tickets for a fund raiser this year, we have decided
to do a coin toss in several locations. The date is November 11, 2000
(Tentative). We will need two swimmers and one adult per two hour time
slots. Please donate some time. The more that sign up, the more places
we can cover.

Swim-a-lap will be sometime in January. No date has yet been set.

The Relay Carnival, which is scheduled for March 10 with a snow date of
March 11, is something new this year that we will be doing. It consist
of all relays. It will be open to many swim clubs. To have this meet
be a success and profitable, we will need at least one parent of every
swimmer to help out. This will be an all day meet with the younger
swimmers swimming in the morning and the older swimmers swimming in the
afternoon. Since this will be open to many swim clubs, there will be a
number of jobs that must be filled. When the date comes closer, there
will be a sign up sheet for these jobs.

The next board meeting will November 2 at 6:15 p.m. at the High School.
